Issue 40, 2013 - Construction of the rubber additives production line for bump rods

The production line of rubber additives for attapulgation rods was started

300,000 tons/year rubber additives and 200,000 tons/year mineral organic fertilizer production line was recently built in Jingyuan County, Gansu Province, and the project will be completed and put into operation
in April next year.

With a total investment of 640 million yuan, the project fully relies on the unique attapulgite clay resource advantages of the county to build the only research and development laboratory
for the application of attapulgite clay in Gansu Province.
The project uses independent intellectual property technology to overcome the transformation of attapulgite rods from hydrophilic to lipophilic, and solves the problem
that attapulgite is difficult to uniformly disperse in rubber.
Through the study of its modification process, addition method, and addition amount on the microstructure of rubber, the modification process suitable for industrial production of attapulgite and the preparation method
of rubber/attapulgite nanocomposites were preliminarily explored.
This technology can prepare rubber/attapulgite nanocomposites without changing the existing production equipment and production process of rubber plants, and improve the various properties
of rubber products.

The products of the 200,000 tons/year mineral organic fertilizer production line are bump bar organic mineral fertilizer
.
It is reported that Shandong Shouguang used the bump bar organic mineral fertilizer instead of the American diammonium phosphate compound fertilizer for 3 years of comparative tests in the local area, and the test showed that the bump bar organic mineral fertilizer can improve the soil
while improving yield and quality.
To this end, Shandong Shouguang has signed a contract order
with skyyang company for 300,000 tons of fertilizer.
