Double membrane material realizes the industrial application of gas purification membrane
Recently, the key technology and application project of gas purification membrane material design and preparation completed by the team of Professor Zhong Zhaoxiang of the School of Chemical Engineering of Nanjing University of Technology and a number of companies won the first prize of Jiangsu Science and Technology Award
in 2020.
The hydrophobic oleophobic modification technology of membrane material surface invented by Zhong Zhaoxiang's team, combined with the development of membrane surface morphology control and online backflush technology, overcame the problem that membrane materials are easily contaminated by oily aerosols, and developed the first double membrane material
at home and abroad.
In order to realize the controllable preparation and industrial application of gas purification membranes, Zhong Zhaoxiang's team invented a series of new processes for the application of gas purification membranes, and the gas dust concentration after purification is less than 5mg/m3, and they also invented a high value-added powder product recovery process
.
According to statistics, gas purification membrane technology has been promoted and applied in more than 60 enterprises such as Sinopec, Hengyi Petrochemical, Jiangsu Huachang Chemical, etc.
, with a cumulative new output value of 2.
596 billion yuan and an additional profit of 457 million yuan in the past two years, a cumulative treatment of more than 180 billion standard cubic meters of waste gas, and the emission reduction of more than 2,700 tons
of ultrafine dust.
