The key process technology research and development project of advanced treatment and reuse of high-salt industrial wastewater completed by Inner Mongolia Jiuke Kangrui Environmental Protection Technology Co.
, Ltd.
has recently passed the appraisal
of scientific and technological achievements organized by the Chinese Society of Environmental Sciences.
The appraisal committee believes that the project adopts a cascade membrane concentration process of multi-stage softening and high-salt wastewater, which has good environmental and economic benefits, the project results are innovative and have good promotion prospects, and the overall process technology has reached the domestic leading level
.
According to reports, the project has developed a "three-unit and seven-module" advanced treatment process for high-salt industrial wastewater discharged by enterprises in the Otok Economic Development Zone Park, and has built 10 tons/hour full-process medium-sized equipment in the park for experiments
.
After 5 months of operation, a large amount of data was obtained, the expected treatment effect was achieved, and the reuse of wastewater and the resource utilization
of waste residue were realized.
The wastewater reuse rate of the project is more than 97%, and the effluent indicators meet the standards stipulated in "urban sewage recycling - industrial water quality", which can realize ultra-low discharge of industrial saline wastewater, significant environmental benefits, reasonable operating costs, and good application and promotion prospects
