Waste rubber is turned into fuel oil and carbon black

Recently, the industrialized integrated control low-temperature pyrolysis process and complete sets of equipment independently developed by Shanghai Golden Key Environmental Protection Technology Co.
, Ltd.
have passed the appraisal
of scientific and technological achievements organized by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
This achievement makes fuel oil and industrial carbon black from black pollutants such as waste rubber products and waste tires that cannot be materialized, realizing the perfect end of
the whole life cycle of tires and rubber products.

The appraisal opinion shows that the industrialized integrated control of waste rubber tire low-temperature pyrolysis process and complete sets of equipment can not only produce fuel oil and industrial carbon black, save petroleum resources, and replace traditional carbon black, but also have the following characteristics: the use of low temperature (≤ 420 °C), non-catalytic pyrolysis new process, depolymerization flash cracking and enhanced indirect heat transfer technology, to achieve industrial continuous production
.
In addition, the project adopts high-temperature harmless (>850°C) utilization technology for the non-condensable gas produced by the pyrolysis process to provide thermal energy self-sufficiency for the pyrolysis reaction and effectively reduce the production energy consumption
.
At present, this technology has obtained more than 30 patents, including national invention patents and international patents, and the complete set of equipment has also passed the EU CE certification
