Remote intelligent decoking system put into use

" A few days ago, the remote intelligent decoking system of Coke 5 and Coke 6 of the I set of delayed coking units of the second department of Zhenhai Refining and Chemical Refining was put into operation, and the operators were happy
after hearing the news.
This is the first remote intelligent decoking control system in China, filling the gap
of domestic coking equipment.

Jointly developed by Zhenhai Refining and Chemical Industry, Sinopec Engineering Construction Co.

, the system has three decoking modes: local, remote and fully automated, which realizes the safety interlock of the coking device and reduces the labor intensity of
employees.
The system has added hardware and software that can reduce the driving force of the valve stem, frequency conversion speed control electric faucet and hydraulic cutting coke thickness automatic detection system, which can monitor the position of the drilling tool in the tower in real time
.
It not only solves the problems that plague production such as low decoking efficiency and insufficient power of drill pipe of the company's I delayed coking device, but also avoids water and electricity loss caused by misjudgment of operators, and protects the health
of operators.

Most of the coking enterprises are decoking on the 30-meter-high coke tower decoking platform, which is prone to misjudgment, top drilling or unclean
decoking.
After in-depth investigation and research, Zhenhai Refining, SEI, and Luoyang Jianguang Petrochemical Equipment Co.
, Ltd.
successfully developed a remote intelligent decoking system, and completed the transformation
of I sets of delayed coking device coke 5 and coke 6 decoking equipment without stopping work in August this year.
