Aminodithioformate compounds are not only highly active but also good sulfur-containing ligands

Researchers of the institute use amino acids and dichlorothionyl as raw materials to synthesize the intermediate amino acid methyl ester hydrochloride, and react with carbon disulfide and halogenated hydrocarbons in sodium hydroxide and methanol systems to generate amino acid ester dithioformate compounds

The reagents used in this method are common and readily available, the reaction conditions are mild, and the experimental steps are simple

The amino acid ester dithioformate compounds synthesized by this method have a good inhibitory effect
on hepatitis B virus.
