Acceptance of biomass conversion and refining projects
Recently, the "Eleventh Five-Year" national "863" plan modern agricultural technology field project "biomass efficient transformation and biorefinery" passed the expert acceptance
organized by the Department of Rural Science and Technology of the Ministry of Science and Technology in Guangzhou.
The project is organized and developed
by the Biomass Energy Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance relying on the Guangzhou Energy Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
The project focuses on the cultivation of new oil-producing microorganisms, biomass pretreatment, degradation and efficient conversion technologies, and makes significant progress in the rapid fermentation of high-viscosity raw materials to produce fuel ethanol technology, bioefficient hydrolysis to produce biobutanol and biogasoline, and high-density fermentation of biomass hydrolysis mixtures to produce degradable polyester.
Its results have a strong supporting effect
on the development of biomass strategic emerging industries.
The project team has successively developed 14 sets of new biomass processing and production equipment, 15 new processes, and established 12 pilot demonstration systems and demonstration projects
, including a pilot production line for oil-based polyurethane polyol, 300 tons/year of lignocellulosic biomass preparation fuel butanol and 150 tons/year of biogasoline, and a 180,000 cubic meters/year biogas-to-biogas demonstration project 。 In addition, the project team has published more than 70 scientific and technological papers, applied for 55 domestic patents (including 35 invention patents), applied for 2 international invention patents, formulated 6 industry standards, and won the first prize of the Technology Invention Award issued by the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation, the second prize of Science and Technology Award of China Renewable Energy Society, the third prize of Beijing Science and Technology Award and the Tan Jiazhen Life Science Innovation Award
