Recently, the construction of the main project of the 450,000-ton new gasoline selective hydrogenation unit (RSDS-III.
) of Changlian was completed, and part of the production preparation process
such as "three checks and four determinations" on site was completed.
The project is planned to be put into operation
before the National Day.
The project is one of Sinopec's "Ten Dragons" of scientific and technological research this year, applying a new gasoline hydrogenation refining production process, which has the characteristics of
reducing the content of catalytic gasoline olefins, deep desulfurization, small octane number loss, and high liquid yield.
After the successful operation of the device, it will provide complete industrial test data for the upgrading of China's hydrogenation process, and form a complete set of hydrogenation production technologies
including production process design, catalyst trial, start-up technology application, etc.
