Recently, the development and industrialization research of curing agent for fiber-reinforced composite materials, the development of water-soluble impurity removal technology in SEBS glue, the development of new grades of medical SIS, the development of SIS hydrogenation pilot technology, and the research on the synthesis process of dicyclopentadiene-phenol epoxy resin undertaken by the technical center of Sinopec Baling Petrochemical Company passed the technical appraisal and evaluation
    organized by Sinopec.

Among them, the development project of water-soluble impurity removal technology in SEBS glue adopts emulsification water washing and acid neutralization technology technology, so that the lithium content of impurities in thermoplastic rubber SEBS products with the reputation of "green rubber" is greatly reduced, the color stability of the product is significantly improved, and the application field of products is broadened, which can meet the application requirements of medical fields (such as infusion bags), and the overall technology is at the international advanced level
    .

The new brand development project of medical SIS extends the application of SIS products to the field of traditional Chinese medicine for the first time, and the SIS products developed have the characteristics of low dosing temperature, good initial adhesion, good holding adhesion and moderate peeling force, which can meet the preparation and performance requirements of plasters and patches, and avoid plant protease allergy
    caused by natural rubber plasters.
The pilot test of the project has been completed, and the product has been recognized
    by users.

SIS hydrogenation pilot technology development project has developed 3 pilot product grades and applied for 4 invention patents, which are mainly used for optical cable ointment and low-end lubricating oil viscosity
    .
The next step of the project is to be mass-produced
    on the proposed industrial unit.

The curing agent for fiber-reinforced composites is a supporting curing agent product
developed with vacuum infusion epoxy resin for wind turbine blades.
At present, the curing agent has been sold for about 300 tons, and the product has high strength, high modulus and high toughness, which can fully meet the application requirements
of downstream wind turbine blade manufacturers.

The dicyclopentadiene-phenol epoxy resin developed by the research project on the synthesis process of dicyclopentadiene-phenol epoxy resin has good market application prospects
in high-speed printing inks, laminates and other fields.
