By the end of August, the high-pressure amine liquid pump P9103B pump of the diesel hydrochemical modification unit of Guangzhou Petrochemical Co.
, Ltd.
had been running smoothly for more than a month, and the vibration was reduced from 9.
5 mm/s to 2.
5 mm/s, marking the success of
the pump's technical research.
The high-pressure amine liquid pump of Guangzhou Petrochemical Diesel Hydromodification Unit is a multi-stage centrifugal pump, which is the key core equipment of the device, which is divided into A and B, shouldering the important task
of washing H2S in the circulating hydrogen of the device, maintaining the purity of hydrogen and anti-corrosion of the equipment.
Since the motor returned to the factory for maintenance and reinstallation in April 2013, the pump vibration has exceeded the standard and cannot operate normally
.
In order to completely solve this problem, in 2014, the pump was included in the "most uneasy ten machine pumps" research project of Guangzhou Petrochemical Company, and the Ministry of Mechanical Power organized a technical research team to carry out technical research on this problem
.
After analyzing the original design, installation position and conditions of the pump, the research team determined that the cause of the fault was "the vibration exceeding the standard caused by the thermal imbalance of the motor and the influence of the thermal expansion of the rotor"
.
In July, the research team successfully solved the problem of
excessive pump vibration by taking measures such as cutting and adjusting the pump impeller and reserving the motor expansion gap.
