Thermo Fisher has released a solution for the analysis of 8 urethane pesticides by dual ternary post-derivatization method to help customers more easily detect carbamate pesticide residues
.
This method refers to the national agricultural standard NY/T 761-2008 method, and establishes the use of dual ternary liquid chromatography with AXP pump auxiliary column derivation, which realizes the detection of 8 kinds of urethane pesticides, and the minimum detection limit can reach 0.
008~0.
015mg/L, which meets the requirements of
NY/T 761-2008.
This post-column derivatization system is built for the laboratory itself, and on the basis of dual ternary, only an additional AXP pump and conventional column oven are required to detect urethane, which is greatly reduced in cost compared with Pickering and other post-column derivatization instruments, and fully meets the sensitivity requirements
of NY/T 761-2008.
If the user needs a more sensitive analysis, such as the direction of the environment, it is recommended to configure a post-column derivatizer
such as Pickering.
