    Recently, a set of isopropyl alcohol plant of Jinzhou Petrochemical Company has been operating normally for 20 days after energy-saving transformation, marking the success of
    the company's isopropyl alcohol heat integration project.

    Isopropyl alcohol is a characteristic chemical product of Jinzhou Petrochemical Company, with a production capacity of 100,000 tons, occupying more than
    30% of the domestic market share.
    In order to realize the technological upgrading of self-developed characteristic products, Jinzhou Petrochemical digested, absorbed and re-innovated advanced technologies at home and abroad, researched and formulated a thermal integration transformation project plan, and chose the opportunity to implement
    it in the overhaul of the plant.
    After the successful application of the thermal integration project, the process flow optimization and reasonable application of heat of the isopropyl alcohol plant have been realized, and the steam consumption has decreased by more than 35% compared with the same period last year before the transformation, which has greatly improved the market competitiveness
    of the featured products.
