EPA set a renewable fuel target for 2013
The U.
S.
Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized its 2013 renewable fuel target, requiring the U.
S.
to use a total of 16.
55 billion gallons of renewable fuel in its gasoline and diesel blends this year, more than 1 billion gallons higher than last year's target of 15.
