    PolyOne today announced that it has partnered with Filip Technologies to launch an innovative second-generation wearable smart device for children, FiLIP 2
    .
    This smart device allows parents to stay connected and locate
    their children even after they are separated.

    According to Philip Technologies, FiLIP 2 uses the location of mobile phone towers and WiFi triangulation to supplement GPS data, which can more accurately locate children when GPS is limited, and send location information back to a smartphone app APP to help parents locate their children's location
