    Recently, the waste liquid incineration EPC project of Hebei Shanli Chemical Company, contracted by the 11th Institute of the Sixth Institute of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation, has recently completed the construction and installation

    The incineration efficiency of highly toxic organic matter in the waste liquid incineration system is as high as 99.
    99%, and the salt collection rate is more than 90%.


    The system uses 11 gas burners with independent intellectual property rights and self-developed high-efficiency air-assisted atomization nozzles to recover clean solid salt
    through the main devices such as incinerators, slag storage chambers, cyclone dust collectors, and waste heat boiler reserved sections.
    The project uses waste hydrogen as auxiliary fuel to treat waste liquid containing highly toxic and highly concentrated salt through combustion, effectively controlling secondary pollution, and achieving energy conservation and environmental protection discharge
