thyssenkrupp is involved in the construction of the modular chlorine plant thyssenkrupp and Serba Dinamik International have signed a contract
for the engineering and procurement of a new modular chlor-alkali plant
.
The plant will be built in the Hazarasp free economic zone of Uzbekistan with a chlorine treatment capacity of 90 tons/day
.
The new plant will produce flake soda, liquid chlorine and sodium
hypochlorite.
The plant is scheduled to start up
in the second quarter of 2022.
