Recently, Clariant confirmed that SABIC has acquired a 24.
99% stake
in Clariant, previously held by White Tale and 40 North.
Clariant was informed of SABIC's intention
to acquire shares prior to the transaction.
As Clariant's peers and partners in the chemicals industry, SABIC and Clariant Catalysts have established a joint venture, Scientific Design
