    Dow Corning has launched three high-reflective silicone coatings: WR-3001 mold edge coating, WR-3100 mold edge coating and WR-3120 reflective coating (in order of hardness from low to high), which greatly enhances the design flexibility of LED packaging manufacturers, not only for chip size packaging (CSP), The design of these high-end LEDs in chip-on-board packaging (COB) also offers a variety of processing solutions
    , from traditional dispensing methods to new printing methods.

    Like Dow Corning's other reflective materials, these three coatings maintain high reflectivity at low thicknesses and maintain their performance at sustained temperatures of 150°C, while many other organic coatings crack and turn yellow
    at 150°C.
