Residue hydrocatalytic cracking technology passed the identification
Recently, the development and industrial application of SFI residue hydrotreating and catalytic cracking depth combination technology jointly developed by Sinopec Fushun Petrochemical Research Institute and Jinling Petrochemical has passed the technical appraisal
organized by the Ministry of Science and Technology of Sinopec.
The main features of this technology are: the residue hydrotreatment device eliminates the fractionation step, and the hydrogenation of the whole fraction to generate oil can directly heat feed into the FCC unit for processing; Aromatic-rich heavy fractions such as hydrogen circulating oil (LCO) and heavy circulating oil (HCO) produced by the catalytic cracking unit can be re-flowed and then subjected to hydrogenation and catalytic cracking treatment

The operation results of the industrial plant show that compared with before the technical transformation, the comprehensive energy consumption of the residue hydrotreatment and catalytic cracking units has been reduced
compared with the previous one.
Among them, the yield of gasoline, diesel, catalytic light oil and light liquid has increased, the yield of coke has decreased, and the sulfur content of stable gasoline has also decreased
