The phenolic fiber yarn and woven fabric development project improved the fiber-forming property of phenolic resin through catalytic polycondensation and film evaporation purification technology; Through physical treatment and chemical modification, the strength and flexibility of phenolic fibers are improved; Through process design and system integration, the production
of phenolic fibers in the ton level is realized.
The project has realized the mass production of tons of phenolic yarn and woven fabric, and the performance of the product has passed the assessment
of high-end models.
