, recently achieved mass production
at the No.
1 polypropylene plant of the company's plastics department.
The first batch of more than 800 tons of new products all reached the quality standard

In 2012, the Plastics Division of Shanghai Petrochemical Company established the BOPP aluminized film special material industrial development research group
on the basis of the successful research and development of high-speed biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) film series special materials.
After nearly one year of research, the research group determined the molecular structure of F560EPS, a special material for ternary copolymer polypropylene aluminized film, and developed product formula, production process technology, and formulated quality standards
.
The new products have been widely recognized by users and the market, and have received about 2,000 tons of supply orders
from several downstream users.

Aluminized film is a new composite film with excellent performance, economic and beautiful, which can replace aluminum foil composite materials in many fields, with excellent metallic luster and good reflection, gas inhibition, moisture inhibition, shading and fragrance retention, which can be widely used in vacuum packaging of flavored food, agricultural products, as well as medicines, cosmetics, cigarettes packaging, and can also be used for printing hot stamping materials and trademark label materials

Previously, the domestic ternary random copolymer polypropylene aluminized film special material market has been monopolized
by foreign polyolefin producers.
