Ssangyong silica is comparable to international brands

A report recently issued by a domestic authoritative inspection center shows that the indicators of silica produced by Tonghua Ssangyong Chemical Co.

basically meet the standards of international manufacturers, which is comparable to the products of international brands.

According to the production and application of silica at home and abroad, the technicians of the inspection center evaluated the formula with reference to the European standard high-performance semi-steel radial tire tread adhesive application formula, analyzed the basic physical and chemical properties of the sample, and carried out the basic formula performance test, including plastic processing performance, physical properties, aging properties, dynamic properties and filler dispersion properties, etc.
, and evaluated and compared
with the performance of the comparison sample.

The comparative analysis results showed that the 500% elongation stress of sample A (Tonghua Ssangyong high dispersion precipitation method silica) rubber material was slightly higher than that of sample B (international brand company high dispersion silica) rubber material, and other properties were basically the same.
The vulcanization characteristics analysis showed that the Mooney viscosity of the formula rubber using sample A was slightly higher than that of the formula of sample B, and the processing performance of the two sets of formula rubber was similar.
The physical performance analysis showed that the comprehensive physical properties of vulcanization of the two kinds of silica were very similar, and the performance index of Ssangyong silica was better than that of the comparison sample.
Dynamic performance analysis shows that the hysteresis loss of the two rubber materials is close, the rolling resistance of the tire is basically the same, and the silica dispersion in Ssangyong rubber material is slightly better.
The process performance analysis showed that there was no obvious difference in appearance between the masterbatch and the final rubber of sample A and sample B, indicating that the dispersion properties of the two silicas were very small
