Shenhua introduced coke oven flue gas waste heat technology

Recently, Shenhua Mengxi Coal Coking Company Coking Plant No.
1 introduced coke oven flue gas waste heat recovery and utilization technology and began to implement technical transformation
.
The project cools the waste heat from the coke oven flue of the first coking plant through a waste heat boiler, and recycles it for production and heating
in the coking plant.
After the implementation of the renovation project, it can produce 6~7 tons of saturated steam per hour, which can save 8.
92 million cubic meters of boiler heating gas per year and create economic benefits of more than 5 million yuan
.
At the same time, it also reduces the annual emission of carbon dioxide 7,068 tons, sulfur dioxide 17 tons, nitrogen dioxide 8 tons
