Petronas will build petrochemical complex Nicke Widyawati, CEO of Pertamina, said the company will start construction of the Balungan petrochemical complex
next year

This will be the largest integrated refinery
in West Java.
The project, which will be built at Pertamina's existing refinery site in Balungan, will include 350,000 b/d of crude oil processing capacity and is designed to utilize approximately 2.
5 million tons of naphtha feedstock, scheduled to come on stream
in 2026.
