DSM announces new global CEO Recently, the Supervisory Board of DSM announced that the current global CEO
, Feike Sijbesma, is coming to an end of his term and board members Geraldine Matchett and Dimitri de Vreeze will serve as co-CEOs

Schebelman will formally hand over authority in February 2020 and ensure a smooth transition
by May 2020.

Jielan Ma joined DSM in 2014 as Chief Financial Officer and member of the Board of Directors

Frederick joined DSM in 1990 and has held various positions within the Group and has been a member of the Board of Directors
since 2013.
As Co-CEO, Ma will focus on financial management, capital market communications, capital allocation, talent development and cultural development, digital strategy and innovative ways of working
