Celanese Completes Acquisition
of SO.

TER.
Group On December 2, Celanese announced the completion of the acquisition of Forlì, Italy-based SO.
F.
TER.
Group, one of the world's largest independent producers of
thermoplastic composites.

The acquisition includes the SO.
F.
TER.
Group's engineering thermoplastics (ETP), thermoplastic elastomers (TPE) as well as all customer contractual agreements, production facilities, technical and commercial facilities

The acquisition nearly doubles the number of Celanese's global engineered materials product platforms, further strengthening its world-class leadership, solutions capabilities and project opportunities
