Yan'an petrochemical technological transformation has obvious water-saving benefits
In order to minimize the consumption of local water resources by the expansion of production capacity of enterprises, Yanchang Petroleum Group's Yan'an Petrochemical Plant has recently greatly improved the efficiency of water utilization and reduced fresh water consumption
through technological transformation, optimization of work and scientific management.
Through the technical transformation of the water reuse system, the plant has realized the large connection of the water reuse pipe network with the production water pipe network and the fire water pipe network, so that the treated water can be used in production, fire fighting and greening cascades, and finally recycled again
.
In this alone, 54,000 cubic meters of biochemical tank and medicated water are reused annually, more than 4,860 cubic meters of green water are saved, more than 5,100 cubic meters of circulating water are replenished, 64,000 cubic meters of reclaimed water are reused, and 100,000 cubic meters
of comprehensive water are saved annually.
The plant also invested 4.
4 million yuan to implement the capacity expansion technology transformation of the condensate station, completely eliminating the phenomenon of direct discharge due to inability to treat some condensate after recovery, and increasing efficiency by 10.
