LG Chem Establishes New Petrochemical Center
in South Korea Recently, LG Chem said that it has established a new technology center
specializing in petrochemical products in Osan, Gyeonggi Province, South Korea.
With an investment of KRW 110 billion and an area of 43,000 square meters, the facility is the largest technical center in
Korea.

The newly built Osan Technical Center houses major research institutes such as laboratories, laboratories, and offices, as well as more than 60 purpose-built laboratories and exhibition areas
.
The laboratory will be used to test and develop petrochemicals such as acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS), polyolefins (PO), superabsorbent polymers (SAP) and styrene-butadiene rubber (SSBR).
