Recently, Saudi Basic Industries (SABIC) presented a new film product LEXAN^TMCXT
at IDTechEx 2018 in California, USA.

The glass transition temperature of LEXAN^TMCXT is up to 196°C, making it suitable for a wide range of manufacturing processes and meeting the demanding dimensional stability requirements of high-temperature processes; The product's excellent formability brings great design flexibility to flexographic electronic substrates and other applications that rely on precise pattern transfer; With a typical thickness of 50 microns, light transmittance of up to 90% and significantly lower yellowing than current polyimide products, it is ideal for
applications that require long-term high transparency.
In addition to substrates for flexibly printed electronics, potential applications for LEXAN^TMCXT films include laminated structures such as conductive layers for high-end touch screens and other display devices; In the semiconductor industry, it can be used in high-temperature transparent thermoformed trays
during annealing or curing processes.
