Linde to build a new air separation plant
in Russia On November 23, Linde announced that it has signed a long-term cooperation agreement
with Russia's Novolipetsk Steel Group (NLMK) for the supply of oxygen, nitrogen and argon.
Linde will invest around EUR 100 million in the construction of a new, state-of-the-art air separation plant and operate it at a steel plant in Nova Lipetsk
, Russia.
The new air separation plant has an oxygen production capacity of approximately 72,000 Nm³/h and is expected to come on stream
in the fourth quarter of 2021.
