Shenning modified the dry gas sealing system of the PP device

The dry gas sealing system of polypropylene plant of Shenning Coal Chemical Olefin Company has recently been transformed and put into use, which is expected to save 1.
6 million yuan
in maintenance costs per year.

Before the transformation, the main seal purge gas of the circulating gas compressor was process gas and contained a certain amount of polypropylene powder
.
Polypropylene powder enters the dry gas seal, causing damage
to the dry gas seal.
After the demonstration, the olefin company proposed a technical transformation plan
to change the main sealing gas to relatively clean acrylic gas as purge gas.
After one year of programming, material purchase and project construction, in February 2014, the renovated dry gas sealing system was put into use, and the sealing gas became clean acrylic gas
.
After the compressor stops abnormally, the dry gas seal is no longer damaged due to the reduction of outlet pressure, and the service life of the compressor seal is significantly increased
