Evonik completes the acquisition of Bulojie

On November 3, Evonik completed the acquisition
of Houston-based Porocel for $210 million as planned.

With immediate effect, Pinrojie's business will be included in
Evonik's sales and earnings.
Around 300 employees and their corresponding production facilities will be integrated into Evonik's Smart Materials business unit
.
Evonik has further expanded its catalyst portfolio
by integrating the global business of Bolrojie desulfurization catalyst regeneration technology, sulfur recovery catalyst and alumina purification adsorbents.
