CTI-ORELIS Group acquires

CeraMem?On November 9, the French ceramic industry group (CTI-ORELIS) announced the acquisition and immediate commencement of the integration of Veolia Water Technologies' CeraMemö business to synergize the development of advanced ceramic membrane solutions
for the oil and gas industry.
Following the acquisition, the latter will continue to use CeraMem® membranes and systems
as a key partner of the French ceramic industry group.

François Garcia, CEO of CTI-ORELIS Group, said: "This acquisition will significantly strengthen the Group's position in North America, especially in the United States, and further expand
the product portfolio.
The acquisition is also designed to address the economic and environmental challenges of
the oil and gas market.
