    in the domestic production of submarine hoses.
    The product has been promoted and used in oil and gas development areas such as the Bohai Sea, the South China Sea and the East China Sea, ending the history of
    China's submarine hose being completely dependent on imports.

    The development of offshore oil and gas resources in China mostly uses metal pipelines to transport oil and gas

    The biggest defect of metal pipelines is poor
    corrosion resistance.
    This comes from seawater erosion; On the other hand, it comes from the internal corrosion
    of the oilfield production fluid.
    At the same time, it is difficult to
    lay metal pipelines at sea.
    Flexible pipes are an upgrade of traditional steel pipes, which have higher reliability, safety and corrosion resistance, and have short construction time, long service life and low
    maintenance and operation costs.
    In addition, flexible pipelines have the advantages of
    strong adaptability to seabed geomorphology, small laying tension, simple laying equipment and fast laying speed.

    The product is a pipe made of metal material and polymer material, the inner and outer layers are continuously extruded from polymer materials, and the middle layer is spirally wound by
    multi-layer high-strength steel strip.
    The highly flexible composite hose has both excellent corrosion resistance of plastic and high pressure resistance of metal pipe, easy installation, high flexibility and toughness, good pressure and impact resistance, and no counterweight
    is required for specific weight.
    The maximum pressure resistance of the product is 25MPa, the working temperature is -40 °C ~ 150 °C, the total length of laying is 126 kilometers, the depth of the laying water area is up to 300 meters, and it has the hose manufacturing technology and laying ability
    to withstand the pressure of more than 500 meters.
