Evonik has recently integrated its portfolio of ready-to-use 3D printing materials and launched a new brand – INFINAM
.
The new brand includes a range of custom-designed high-performance materials for applications related to
3D printing, which have endless possibilities.
The new brand sets new quality standards, and all ready-to-use materials for 3D printing from Evonik will be sold
under the INFINAM brand name, regardless of the form in which they are delivered or used in the technical application.
The full brand name will be suffixed with the polymer or material of the relevant category to ensure clear differentiation
from the existing material range.
All products based on thermoplastic copolyesters will be branded under the INFINAMTPC brand; All PEEK-based products will be branded under INFINAMPEEK; All thermoplasticamide-based products will be branded under INFINAMTPA; All durable and impact-resistant photosensitive resins will bear the INFINAM TI brand
.
In the coming months, Evonik plans to launch the first photosensitive resin products for additive manufacturing, thus setting additional standards
for material quality and performance for 3D printing.
The company also plans to expand its expertise in technical services, having recently opened its Structured Polymers Technology Center
in Austin, Texas, USA.
