Bond-Laminates GmbH, a wholly-owned subsidiary of LANXESS, is currently building a fourth production hall of approximately 1,500 square meters at its Brilon plant in Germany to increase the production capacity
of its Tepex brand continuous fiber-reinforced thermoplastic composites.
Two additional lines are scheduled to start production in mid-2019 with an investment of
several million euros.

LANXESS Performance Materials is also investing in its global production network for high-performance plastics and is building a composites plant at its Krefeld-Uerdingen plant in Germany with a total investment of up to EUR 50 million, with construction to begin in
the fourth quarter of 2018.
From the second half of 2019, the plant will produce Durethan and Pocan engineering plastics, mainly for the automotive, electrical and electronics industries
