On October 20, Dow Corning Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dow Chemical Company, launched Dow Corning TC-5888 new thermal grease
.
This thermal grease is the latest addition to Dow Corning's extensive and expanding thermal management portfolio specifically designed to address the design and manufacturing challenges
of high-performance servers.

Dow Corning's portfolio of thermal greases has the highest
overall thermal conductivity with Dow Corning TC-5888.
The thermal conductivity of this thermal grease is as high as 5.

K, and the interface thickness (BLT) of about 20 microns can be achieved, resulting in a low thermal resistance of 0.

cm2/W), which can not only efficiently dissipate heat, but also improve the chip performance and reliability
