This technology is to produce toluene and xylene by alkylation of benzene
and methanol.
This technology solves three major problems: first, the catalyst preparation method, through in-depth study of the reaction mechanism, diffusion and structure-activity relationship of benzene and methanol on zeolite catalysts, the basis for guiding the design of benzene and methanol alkylation catalysts with high activity and selectivity is obtained, and the production method
of benzene and methanol alkylation catalysts is mastered.
The second is to solve the problem of reaction engineering, develop a heat extraction method of intermediate multi-stage methanol cold radical material, effectively regulate the bed temperature rise, and solve the strong exothermic effect
