The large-scale preparation and application technology of membrane materials for acid and alkali recovery has recently been included in the "863" plan
by the Ministry of Science and Technology.
The project was undertaken by Shandong Tianwei Membrane Technology Co.
, Ltd.
, which belongs to the Shandong Academy of Marine Chemical Industry, and the University of Science and Technology of China participated in the research
project.
The research content of the project closely revolves around the main line of membrane preparation-assembly development-application technology development, and strives to adopt an innovative technical route, focusing on the large-scale preparation of diffusion dialysis membrane and bipolar membrane and the development of membrane packer to overcome the key technologies
for the industrialization of acid-alkali-resistant membrane materials urgently needed by the country.
The goals set by the project include: building a diffusion dialysis membrane production line with an annual output of 50,000 square meters, realizing the mass production capacity of spiral roll diffusion dialysis membrane and bipolar membrane modules, and building more than
2 sets of acid-base recovery demonstration projects in the fields of hydrometallurgy.
Shandong Marine Chemical Research Institute has the production technology of homogeneous film with independent intellectual property rights, among which the production process and product quality of homogeneous negative film and homogeneous positive film have reached the international advanced level
.
The monolithic bipolar membrane, homogeneous anion/cation exchange membrane, and diffusion permeation anthemum/cation membrane declared by the institute are listed as key products
of the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" of the national new materials industry.
