ECHA launched a CLH public consultation on cyclicapine and boric acid
The European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) has launched a 45-day public consultation
on the Proposal for Harmonized Classification and Labelling (CLH) on cyclic grass and boric acid.
The proposal for harmonized classification and labelling of cyclic drafting, a herbicide that has not yet been clearly classified and labelled by Belgium, recommends its inclusion as an environmentally hazardous substance
.
Poland submitted a proposal for a
harmonized classification and labelling of boric acids.
Boric acid already has a uniform classification, and this proposal recommends that ECHA reduce its classification from reproductive toxicity to developmental toxicity
.
The public consultation on cyclic fenidine and boric acid will close
on 28 June 2013.
