Recently, Angolan state-owned oil and gas company Sonangol and Dotal have finalized an agreement to form a joint venture to carry out joint retail and distribution activities
in Angola.

The partners will initially focus on the B2C business of fuel distribution and lubricant sales, and will establish a network
of gas stations operating under the Total brand.
Sonangol will introduce 45 existing city and highway petrol stations
.
Total will provide the necessary financial resources to help achieve Sonangol's goal of doubling the number of gas stations and conducting B2B activities
