Tongguanshan Chemical will realize the automation of phosphate fertilizer packaging

A few days ago, Anhui Tongling Tongguanshan Chemical Company invested nearly 300,000 yuan to build three sets of phosphate fertilizer automatic packaging scale systems

After the system is put into use, it will realize the full automation
of product measurement and packaging.

The company's phosphate fertilizer plant originally has 5 product packaging lines, with a design capacity of 450,000 tons of superphosphate per year, which originally adopted manual control and semi-automatic mode, and the labor intensity of employees is large and the work efficiency is not high
.
In order to meet the market demand, the company actively organized scientific researchers to carry out technical transformation on the basis of the original facilities, added 3 automated packaging scales, built 3 square conical packages with polymolecular polyethylene plastic lining, and assembled related electrical instruments and automatic packaging scales
.
After the system is completed and put into use, the company will realize the automatic packaging of phosphate fertilizer self-configuration, and most of the previously manual operations such as measurement, sewing and bag walking will be automatically completed
