From January 2014 to the present, Jiangsu Prince Paper Co.
    , Ltd.
, located in Nantong Development Zone, produces 32,000 tons of pulping wastewater every day, all flowing into the adjacent Nengda Water Company, which has a "reclaimed water reuse" device, and after pretreatment, membrane filtration, evaporation crystallization and other processes, it becomes reclaimed water, industrial salt and dry sludge
    that can be recycled.
At present, this technological innovation will be promoted
in enterprises that need sewage treatment.

More than 40 R&D personnel from Jiangsu Prince Paper Co.
    , Ltd.
and the Institute of Membrane Science of Nanjing University of Technology have successively solved the problems
of filter membrane blockage and difficult crystallization of by-product salt.
It took 3 months to complete the process design, 6 months to complete the equipment manufacturing and installation, and achieved trial operation
    within one year.
Compared with the sea discharge pipeline project, the construction fund of the reclaimed water reuse project has been saved by half, the operating cost has been reduced by 30%, and zero discharge
of pulping wastewater has been realized.

The monitoring data shows that the quality of the reclaimed water generated by the treatment of the pulping wastewater of Prince Company is good, and the main water quality indicators such as COD, turbidity, hardness, pH value, etc.
, are better than the Yangtze River water and even tap water
    .
The "grey water" flowing back from Nengda is very clear and will enter the production cycle
    again.

The reclaimed water reuse project has great scientific and technological promotion value, especially in the Yangtze River Basin and water shortage areas
    .
Prince Paper Company has successfully achieved zero discharge of pulping wastewater using membrane integration technology, and this technical practice shows that as long as the composition of relevant industrial wastewater is scientifically analyzed and the relevant membrane materials are integrated in a targeted manner, all reclaimed water can be reused, that is, zero discharge
    .
