Recently, through the implementation of P-505 pump system transformation, burner transformation and other five transformations, Jilin Petrochemical Company adopted measures such as strengthening boiler tube cleaning management and eliminating hidden leakage points, optimizing the incinerator furnace temperature, oxygen content, process air preheater outlet temperature and other important process parameters, the amount of sulfuric acid plant burning wastewater reached 960 tons per day, greatly reducing sulfur consumption, and the production cost per ton of sulfuric acid decreased by 500 yuan, a year-on-year effect of 18.
