Jinfeng Wenxi implemented the technical transformation of the gas production system
In order to reduce costs and increase efficiency, and make full use of the foam coal made from raw material block coal screened to replace anthracite block coal, Jinfeng Wenxi Company has recently transformed all the gas furnaces of the 80,000 tons/year gas production system into gas furnaces
suitable for briquette to gas production process.
According to statistics, the transformation can reduce the production cost of synthetic ammonia by about 450,000 yuan per month, and increase the annual economic benefits by more than 5 million yuan
.
The original gas-making process is a fixed-bed batch gasifier to produce semi-aqueous gas, which is based on small-grained block coal as raw material, and the design parameters are quite
different from the industrial nature of brite.
In order to solve the process defects such as low gas production, ash agglomeration, pulverized coal flow, and difficulty in stable production caused by briquette to gas, Wenxi Company launched the brimato-gas transformation project for the gas furnace, added belt transportation and coal filling bunker, and integrated the special stoker, automatic charcoal measuring device and steam automatic decreasing device into the DCS system to realize automatic and accurate coal addition to stabilize the carbon layer and furnace temperature and save steam
