RECENTLY, Saudi Aramco plans to deliver the first batch of crude oil to its joint refinery project with Petrons in Malaysia in October, and the company is preparing to test run the refinery

Located between the Straits of Malacca and the South China Sea, the $27 billion refinery and petrochemical integrated development will include a 300,000-barrel refinery and a 7.

The refinery is expected to come on stream in 2019, while the petrochemical plant will be put on stream
