BASF has started a phased increase in capacity
at its alkoxylation plant in Antwerp, Belgium.
The first additional capacity will start production as early as the third quarter of 2018, and the Antwerp site is expected to increase alkoxylates by 25%
    by 2021.

Soeren Hildebrandt, Senior Vice President of BASF, said: "By significantly increasing our production capacity, we are responding to the growing demand
    for high-quality alkoxylates in Europe.
At the same time, we are expanding our market share
as Europe's leading supplier of alkoxylates.
