INEOS plans to build vinyl acetate monomer manufacturing plant in Europe On September 5, INEOS announced that it is planning to build a vinyl acetate monomer manufacturing plant
with an annual capacity of 3 million tons at its European production site, either in Sertande in the United Kingdom or Dormagen in Germany or in Zweinderrecht
in Belgium.
The plant will support the needs of
the local coatings, film and adhesives markets.
