Fiber Facility
In response to market demand for low-volume carpet fiber, INVISTA's fiber production facility in South Carolina recently completed a $30 million expansion
.
This is the industry's first one-step, low-volume production line dedicated to the production
of solution-dyed nylon 6,6.

"INVISTA offers hundreds of different colors of solution-dyed nylon 6,6 to meet the different design requirements
of our customers' factories and designers.
"With this new technology, INVISTA will be able to produce a wider range of color lines for its customers while providing better service

" INVISTA's
innovative, proprietary low-volume production technology was developed
in close collaboration with equipment manufacturer Truetzschler.
Small batches of nylon 6,6 fiber of this variety will be branded INVISTA Antstrong-Lune.
The brand of Zhen supplies the growing market
for liquid dyeing nylon extruded conjoined filament (BCF).
