Arkema is increasing its specialty polyamide production
capacity in China and the United States to better serve its customers' global business growth, especially in the sports, consumer electronics and automotive sectors

Arkema's Zhangjiagang site in China (Jiangsu Province) produces bio-based specialty polyamides and is currently increasing its compounding capacity

By 2017, Arkema will start production of two Rilsan?PA11 production lines
in addition to the existing PA10 plant at the site.
Due to its outstanding impact resistance, chemical resistance, light weight and ease of processing, Rilsan?PA11 is the material of choice for customers in the automotive, consumer electronics and sporting goods sectors to meet their specific needs
